Sara Rubenstein

Ms. Rubenstein has extensive experience in the Real Estate and Construction industries, where she has achieved a broad range of legal and business knowledge regarding all facets of real estate finance, development, sales and acquisitions, and operations. In her role as General Counsel and Executive Vice President at Continental Ventures, Ms. Rubenstein leads operations and advises the company and its affiliates in complex real estate and financing transactions and strategic business decisions. Ms. Rubenstein earned her BBA with Honors from the University of Miami and a Juris Doctorate from Brooklyn Law School. She was recently honored by ENR New York Magazine as one of the “Top 20 Under 40,” by Crain’s New York as one of the “Leading Women Lawyers” and by Sokol Media, Inc. as a “Top 14 Women to Watch” in Real Estate. Additionally, she was recognized as one of Women Builders Council’s “Outstanding Women in Real Estate,” selected by Real Estate Forum as a “Woman of Influence in Real Estate,” and was honored with the St. Francis Food Pantries Woman of Valor Humanitarian Award.
